Follow the law: Do not use this service for content or activity that is unlawful under applicable Czech or European Union law, including fraud, credible threats, exploitation or the distribution of illegal material.

No harassment, hate, or targeted abuse: Do not threaten, harass, stalk, dehumanize or deliberately target people or groups with abuse. Hate speech or discrimination based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability is not tolerated. Disagreement and criticism are allowed; targeted abuse is not.

No sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors: Sexualized content involving minors, grooming, exploitation or any material that sexualizes or endangers children is strictly prohibited.

Mark sensitive content responsibly: Consensual adult nudity and sexual content may be permitted when properly marked as sensitive. Accounts whose primary purpose is the distribution of explicit pornographic material may be restricted at the administration's discretion.

No spam, scams or engagement manipulation: Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or mentions, operate scams or phishing campaigns, distribute deceptive links, artificially inflate follows or engagement, or flood timelines with repetitive promotional content. Reasonable self-promotion is welcome; spam is not.

Respect privacy and personal boundaries: Do not publish another person's non-public personal information, private communications, precise private location or intimate media without permission. Doxxing and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited.

Do not deceive or impersonate others: Do not deceptively impersonate another person or organization. Parody and fan accounts must be clearly identifiable as such. Do not knowingly distribute fabricated or manipulated content with the intent to defraud, endanger, or seriously mislead others.

Respect intellectual property: Only upload, repost, or distribute material that you have the right to share. Credit creators where appropriate; attribution does not replace permission or a valid license. Repeated copyright or intellectual-property violations may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Use automation responsibly and do not abuse the service: Automated accounts or posting systems must be clearly identified where the platform supports it and must not overwhelm users or timelines. Malware, credential theft, abusive scraping, exploitation attempts, denial-of-service activity, deliberate rate-limit evasion, or other attacks on the service are prohibited.

Respect moderation and enforcement: Moderation may include warnings, content removal, visibility restrictions, account limitations, suspension or termination depending on context and severity. Decisions may be appealed in good faith. Evading sanctions, repeatedly recreating suspended accounts or harassing moderators over enforcement actions is prohibited.
